At Third Shot Co., we want you to be confident in every purchase.

If your order isn't quite right, we're here to help.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In their original condition

  • Returned with all original tags attached

  • Free from stains, odors, or damage

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

  • Items marked as non-returnable

  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning your order.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@thirdshotco.ca.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item

We'll work quickly to make it right.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.


Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you'd like a different size or product, simply return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
